SWEEPSTAKES RULES NO PURCHASE OR INTERNET ACCESS NECESSARY 1. ELIGIBILITY This Sweepstakes is open to residents of the United States and to residents of Canada, except residents of Quebec. Also excluded are Suarez Corporation Industries' employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, divisions, vendors and members of the immediate families of all of the above. Only those age 18 and older are eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Suarez Corporation Industries, the Sweepstakes judging organization, which are final and binding in all respects. 2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD For eligibility, all online entries must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. EST on May 31, 2007 and all mail-in entries must be received by May 31, 2007. 3. ENTRY There are two ways to enter: the Internet Method and the Mail-in Method: (a) Internet Method: In order to comply and ensure prompt sweepstakes entry processing without ordering, you must follow these instructions or be disqualified. To enter the sweepstakes via the Internet without ordering simply complete the sweepstakes entry fields by filling in your first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email address and click ENTER to confirm your entry. Any other attempt at Internet or email entry is void. You cannot exceed 1 daily entry in any 24 hour period (12:00:00 a.m. - 11:59:59 p.m.) Any daily entries in excess of 1 entry accumulated in any 24 hour period will not be credited, nor carried forward. (b) Mail-in Method: In order to comply and ensure prompt sweepstakes entry processing without ordering, you must follow these instructions or be disqualified. To enter the sweepstakes by mail without ordering, type or print in block letters in ink your first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number and e-mail address if you have one. Each properly completed and received card will receive 1 entry. Limit 1 mail-in card per day per envelope. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail. 4. DRAWING Winners will be selected on or about June 30, 2007 in a random drawing from among all entries received by The Sweepstakes Administration, a department of Suarez Corporation Industries, North Canton, OH. 5. PRIZES/ODDS Grand Prize: $25,000.00. Odds of winning and 1:5,000,000. Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS Winners of prizes valued at $500.00 or greater will be required to submit a photo of themselves and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within thirty (30) days of notification prior to receiving their prize. Failure to return documents timely, or if a prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, disqualification will result and an alternate winner will be selected. Where permitted by law, winner agrees to grant to Sponsor, UltraSweeps.com, Suarez Corporation Industries, and its licensees, affiliates and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, the winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Sponsor. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Suarez Corporation Industries, UltraSweeps.com, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, participation in any Sweepstakes related activity, or participation in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site to be in violation of the Terms of Service of the web site, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by the Internet access provider, on line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor will prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users, or tampering or hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the web site. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading material from or use of this web site. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole judgement of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes for any drawing and select the winner from regular mail-in entries and Internet entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.
